Saya Madeliene
Saya is a mental health focused yoga and meditation teacher with a corporate background.
Her fields of study include: meditation, psychology of yoga, breath-work, yoga philosophy, trauma informed yoga, yoga for mental health and mindfulness meditation. She also holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney with her corporate work stemming in the field of corporate communications.
She has instructed for studios, offices, homeless shelters, universities, sports teams, mental health centres and private clients.
Saya's passion lies in making the benefits of movement, breath and meditation accessible to people of all walks of life. Ensuring every student feels safe and grounded in their bodies is of paramount importance. It is the key philosophy that leads her style of teaching.
Saya's yoga flows are suitable for both beginners and experienced students or all ages. They range from being dynamic and energetic to gentle and calming. She enjoys interweaving an uplifting and compassionate approach throughout all of her classes.
