Sandra Saez Pueblas

 

 Sandra's intention is to support and guide you through the wonderful path of yoga, mindfulness and living a conscious vegan lifestyle. 

 

Sandra's personal yoga practice started around 10 years ago when she was in a very dark place and yoga gave her a new positive perspective on life. Since Sandra has trained as an instructor in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga and has found yoga and meditation to be an amazing lifestyle and tool, to move through the ups and downs of life with more harmony and balance.

 

Over the years, Sandra has learnt that yoga is not about holding the craziest poses or holding the longest headstand. It's all about the process and peace you create within each practice. There is no one right or wrong way, each of us learn differently and at our own pace and Sandra delivers this beautifully in her mindful, guided flows.

 

Sandra also guides you in learning to incorporate traditional yogic breathing techniques or Pranayama in your practice, helping you raise vital energy, improve mental clarity and ease stress in the mind and body.. whilst also incorporating meditation, yoga mudra's and mantra to facilitate the flow of energy in the subtle body and enhance your journey within

 

Sandra's mission is to inspire you, guide you and support you through your own journey towards that version of yourself that you know you deserve to become. She acknowledges that this feels and looks different for each of us and believes that whatever your pace is, it is best to embrace that and know that you are exactly where you are meant to be in your present life journey.
