Forest Nash

Forest Nash is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, RP Certified Nutrition Coach, and holds a Certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University. He was raised as an ethical vegetarian from birth, and experienced first-hand the benefits of whole-food, plant-based nutrition without ever consuming meat, fish, or eggs.

 

As Forest entered adulthood and his passion for health and fitness grew, he learned more about the profound impact our diet and lifestyle choices can have, both on our personal well-being and that of the planet. He made the switch from vegetarian to a fully vegan lifestyle in early 2015 and hasn’t looked back since! From an ethical, environmental and health perspective, Forest believes that veganism is truly the way of the future, and the most responsible choice we can make as conscientious citizens of the Earth.

Beginning his own physical fitness journey as a teenager, Forest has now been training for over 17 years, and has worked as a personal trainer and online fitness and nutrition coach for the past 10 years. His drive to showcase what can be achieved on a plant-based diet has led him to compete in natural bodybuilding, where he has earned multiple first-place finishes against his meat-eating counterparts.

Leading by example is one of Forest’s core values, and he enjoys breaking stereotypes and drawing positive attention to the vegan movement by being a visibly strong, fit, plant-based role model. He finds it very fulfilling to put his knowledge and experience to use, helping like-minded individuals both here in Australia and worldwide to thrive and smash their fitness goals with a plant-based diet and lifestyle.
