Brea Willingham

Brea is a qualified meditation facilitator, Healy frequency medicine practitioner and holistic counsellor who believes in discovering and igniting the true essence of our soul. This is taught through personal development and connection with self.

 

After being diagnosed with severe depression and suffering with anxiety and panic attacks, Brea began her journey back to self and self healing through practicing and learning many different natural therapies.

 

This then led Brea to complete her study of meditation teaching and holistic counseling.

 

 

She is super passionate about teaching her students about calming the mind and turning inward and believes this can have huge health benefits and create more self awareness. In turn leading to better choices in life and better health.

 

Brea's personal development practices and mindful meditations have huge benefits on overall well being and help in reducing stress, calming the racing mind, gaining clarity, lowering blood pressure and gaining self confidence.
